Current mailbox behavior
Microsoft OAuth connects the mailbox and stores refresh credentials for the signed-in user. The current Email UI supports logged outbound messages, deal linking, suggestions, and attachments; full Graph inbox/sent sync can now build on the saved mailbox session.
Database Backups
Database backups run automatically every night at 2:00 AM and are stored on the Unraid array. The last 30 daily backups are kept. You can also trigger a manual backup at any time.
